Lifting weights on an empty stomach... Is it a good idea or not after all? With OMAD & intermittent fasting, lifting weights on an empty stomach sparkles a lot of discussion.

While some people believe that if you lift weights on an empty stomach will make you lose muscle, I tend to disagree.

I've been doing OMAD for more than 5 years now and I've been able to build the body that I have by lifting weights on an empty stomach while fasted.

Lifting weights fasted makes you super succeptible to insulin receptors, which is definitely good for building muscle.
