Are you too tight? are in so much stress? Do you need to loosen up ? You don't know how! Well alright that is our subject for today!

Hello Bulldogs! John Sonmez from Bulldog Mindset Here, where I teach you how to go from the Victim Mindset to the Bulldog Mindset.

Usually people you try to act tough by not loosening up, sometimes it is intentional, other times it's not, it is either because they're nervous, quiet type, anxious or in stress.

What happens is that they end up sending vibes of insecurity whether it is because they're shy or nervous So it is very important to be able to loosen up.

Some people use Alcohol to be able to loosen use, and that is a very bad Idea! For reasons that I've mentioned in other videos. Link in the info cards.

Now the main reason why I can loosen up, deal with stress as you can see in my videos and movements, is simply because I don't give a fuck, I just don't care what other people say or think about me. Why? because I'm comfortable since it doesn't matter to me.

Now I wasn't always like this, if you check older videos, you can see the stressed non loosened up version of me, with a very HIGH VOICE, and a very stressed manner.

Usually I acted that way, because I cared, I cared about what you guys are gonna say or think about me. What impression should I make on my viewers? what will be perceived etc ...

Now I don't man, that you should go to the extreme and not care 100%, of course there will be some amount of caring. I'm not doing my videos undressed. Even though I'm a nerd and participate in nerdy activities, I do see a lot of kids who usually are in stress and not loosened up in day to day life, They act in a complete different manner when they are in places where they comfortable, because they belong to that environment. People act cool in situations when they are surrounded by people with similar interests, there is no judgment around thus there is no risk for you.

Now How do you apply this to the actual real world? how to deal with stress situations ? how to loosen Up?
The way to apply this is simple, you should go out there, to the world, and start taking chances. It might not be comfortable at first, but after you do a certain number of times and realize you're not going to die, and everything is fine, that doesn't matter. You'll start to be more loosened up and less stressed.

At the End of the day, you can't loosen up is because you fear embarrassment. To me embarrassment is to care what other people think about you. So to feel loosened up you just got to put yourself out there and take chances not afraid of what people are gonna say or think. Yes it is easier said than done, go face rejection, it doesn't matter! You afraid about doing something stupid? Just do it! it doesn't matter !

Get in touch with yourself, meditate. and realize WHAT DOES REAL matter. This way you can loosen up, deal with stress and even handle depression, or even avoid thinking about depression in the first place, since you know what really matter to you.

If you approach life this way, you will be able to loosen up and deal with stress easily.
